When will there be a plugin that allows multiple planets so you dont have to share your biome?

Me and my friend were really looking forward to Blightfall, but this is the only server we could find that retains the actual theme of blightfall were you try to make a planet inhabitable. Unfortunately, we couldnt just create a new biome, we had to join one that already had other people we didnt know on it, which was tough because if we wanted to do something we had to contact them, but we didn't have the same kind of schedule, and it just overall made the game less fun. So Im hoping there will soon be a way to create a new island, thats completely unused, so you and a couple friends can start fresh and work with people you know.
